1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and hah77 ("hah77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the hah77 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at hah77.com (the "Platform").

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the hah77 Platform or any affiliated platform.

hah77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the hah77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your hah77 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify hah77 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.

hah77 is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified hah77 of a security breach in a timely manner.

hah77 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close an existing account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hah77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. hah77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction, subject to change at hah77's discretion.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawal processing: hah77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• Verification: hah77 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. You agree to provide all requested documentation in a timely manner.
• Bonus funds: Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 5 for details.

hah77 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, hah77 may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hah77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• hah77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• hah77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings where it determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, or in violation of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the hah77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

hah77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure that outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hah77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of hah77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hah77.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hah77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

hah77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hah77 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hah77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

hah77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming program.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and applicable processing times.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to hah77's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
